WHAT IT IS
Netlinux Ltd (UK company 11388387, founded 2018 by Graham North) supplies senior AI engineers, architects and
fractional / interim CTOs that recruitment agencies resell to their own clients under the agency's name.
The agency bills the client. Netlinux delivers. Netlinux never goes direct to a client the agency introduces
(in writing, for 12 months). The permanent hire stays with the agency.

WHO IT IS FOR
Recruitment agencies in the UK and overseas that have AI or senior technology roles which are hard to fill
because the client really needs a project first (strategy, vendor choice, a first build), then a hire.

PRICES (what the agency pays Netlinux; the agency sets the client price)
- Package A, AI Readiness and Running-Cost Review: 5 to 8 days, GBP 5,000 to 8,000 (suggested client price GBP 6,250 to 10,000).
- Package B, AI Code Review and Agentic CI Rollout: 8 to 12 days, GBP 8,000 to 12,000 (suggested client price GBP 10,000 to 15,000). Built on https://agentic-ci.com
- Interim / fractional CTO: from GBP 1,000 a day. Clients typically pay about GBP 1,250 a day.
- Senior AI engineers and small teams (pilot to production, evals, spend controls): from GBP 1,000 a day.
- Technology and AI Roadmap Sprint: 10 days, fixed GBP 10,000 (suggested client price GBP 12,500).
- SOW technical assurance: day rate, or 5-8% of SOW value.
- AI hire assurance (practitioner interviews an agency's AI shortlist): GBP 750 per role.
- Role-to-Revenue review of one live role: free.
No retainer and nothing to pay until there is client work. Prices also available in EUR or USD.

WORKED EXAMPLE
Three-month interim CTO, 8 days a month = 24 days.
Agency bills the client about GBP 30,000; pays Netlinux GBP 24,000; keeps about GBP 6,000, plus the
permanent placement fee afterwards.

financial services, defence, telecoms and media. Studied neural networks and language processing in his 1990s
