Many AI and senior tech roles are really projects. When they stall, the agency earns nothing and the client buys the work from a consultancy. Netlinux gives you interim CTOs, AI roadmaps and senior AI engineers to sell instead. You bill the client, we deliver, and we never go direct.
Paste a hard-to-fill AI or senior tech advert. Our AI checker tells you whether your client needs a hire, a project, or a project first, with a scope, an indicative price and your margin. Free, in about 15 seconds.
All delivered by senior engineers and fractional CTOs who work AI-first. Prices shown are what you pay us; you set the client price.
AI Readiness and Running-Cost Review. Your client gets three ranked use cases, what each would cost to run every month, and a fixed quote for the first build. Suggested client price GBP 6,250 to 10,000.
AI Code Review and Agentic CI Rollout, built on the agent we run on our own projects (agentic-ci.com). Suggested client price GBP 10,000 to 15,000.
Your client gets decisions made now, not after a long search. We hand over cleanly to the person you place.
For clients with a technical problem who do not yet know what to hire, or which AI ideas are worth the money. Suggested client price GBP 12,500.
When an AI role is really a project, we scope it and deliver it, so the brief does not stall and the margin stays yours.
Send us a hard-to-fill AI or senior tech role. We tell you whether it is really a project, and how we would scope and price it.
Independent technical sign-off on statements of work, so you can sell project work with confidence.
A practitioner interviews your shortlist for AI roles, so the hire you place is the one that lasts.
An example: a three-month interim CTO, eight days a month, while you run the permanent search.
| You bill the client (24 days at about GBP 1,250) | GBP 30,000 |
| You pay Netlinux (24 days at GBP 1,000) | GBP 24,000 |
| Your margin, during the search | GBP 6,000 |
| Then the permanent placement fee | Still yours |
No retainer and nothing to pay until there is client work. We can also work the other way round if it suits your cash flow: Netlinux contracts with the client and pays you an agreed share within 7 days of the client paying us.
We are building our partner network now. The first ten agencies to sign get first call on our engineers, and six months of exclusivity in their niche in their home country.
Partners also get introductions: scale-up founders in their niche who need technical leadership, with any permanent hires routed to them.
No discount, no fee to join. Just first call, exclusivity and introductions.
Netlinux was founded in 2018 by Graham North: about 30 years in engineering, from embedded systems to cloud and AI platforms, for central government, energy, financial services, defence, telecoms and media.
Graham studied neural networks and language processing at university in the 1990s and builds agentic AI systems today, so our AI advice comes from production, not slides. He also runs his own businesses, so every technical recommendation comes with what it costs and how it pays back.
We work remotely across the UK, Europe and the US, and price in GBP, EUR or USD.
No. Anything you introduce is your client for 12 months, and we put that in writing. We would lose every partner if we broke it.
Senior engineers, architects and fractional CTOs we have worked with, all working AI-first. We name the people for each engagement before your client commits.
No. You pay for client work only. A retainer (4 days a month) is available if you want guaranteed capacity.
We work as a limited company on defined outcomes. We will help you check status for each engagement.
No. It funds the search, keeps the client warm, and hands over to the person you place.
Book a 30-minute call at a time that suits you, or send us one live role and we will tell you whether it is really a project. You will get a reply from Graham North within one working day.
